Edgar and his team did an amazing job on my egress window. I would have liked to hire him for a second one but he caught that there was a gas line running right through where the cut out would be. I really appreciate how thorough he was in investigating the gas line and helped me avoid unexpected cost by finding the exact location before real work started. They worked during a really big snowstorm so the outside turned into a muddy mess, but they were diligent about cleaning it all up and leaving it in good shape. I've already recommended him to friends and will use him again when I'm ready to do my next window. *** 7/31/20 Update to reiterate how happy I am with Edgar and his crew. Over 6 months after install, my new egress window started to stick. Edgar and his installers came out and fixed it without any hesitation. It's one thing to nail the install (which he did), but it says a lot when he still stands behind his work long after he's been paid. Thanks again Edgar!
