Egress Window
To enhance the natural light and accessibility in the basement, we installed a 30x48 European tilt and turn window in this beautiful south Denver home. This elegant window design not only maximizes ventilation but also seamlessly integrates into the existing architecture, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The result transforms the basement into a brighter, more inviting space.
Added An Egress Window No Existing Window
To enhance natural light and improve egress, we successfully installed a custom egress window where no previous window existed. This involved careful excavation and framing to meet safety standards, ensuring safe access and increased ventilation in the basement area. The result is a bright, welcoming space that complies with local building codes.
Window Well
Old wood timber window wells not only compromise safety but can also deteriorate over time. We removed the outdated wood structures and installed durable metal window wells, complete with an escape ladder for added security. This upgrade ensures both functionality and peace of mind for future use.
